ABOUT CREATIVE WAVES
ERIKA DEPIERRE
I've always enjoyed creating art, but knew business was also something I wanted to pursue. I attended Western Michigan University where I graduated with a degree in Advertising & Promotion - it was the perfect medium.
During my time at Western I was a student athlete, where I did High Jump for their Track & Field team. Since graduating, I've traded in running for slower movement with walks, pilates and yoga. I love a good Rom-Com, but my go-to, neverfail show is always Friends. If it's a nice summer day you can find me either at the beach or relaxing by the pool and ending the day with the sun.
SHANNON HOLT
Transitioning into a conventional 9-5 office job post-college graduation made me realize pretty quickly that it wasn't aligned with what I wanted out of life. As I ventured into blogging and leveraging social media to cultivate an audience, as a side hustle, I discovered a passion for the entrepreneurial side of working. This eventually led to me doing freelance social media work and ultimately co-founding Creative Waves Studio with Erika. What I truly love about what we do is helping fellow entrepreneurs in growing their businesses.
When not scrolling social or working on CWS, you can find me hanging out with my husband, enjoying the Arizona weather, and binge watching any of the Housewives franchises.
